Jessica Wolfe, LCSW

Jessica Wolfe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in both individual and couples counseling. Jessica further specializes in trauma therapy and utilizes an empowerment approach to help her clients take back control of their lives. She has experience working with survivors of emotional, physical, mental and sexual abuse. She also helps clients work through grief and loss issues, anxiety and depression.

Her approach is diverse and client specific focusing on empowerment and becoming active participants in life. By utilizing psycho-therapeutic techniques consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Bibliotherapy and utilizing a family systems’ approach, she helps clients to understand that their trauma and/or grief does not define who they are.

By helping clients to shift their perception of self and change their filter of how they see their world, beautiful growth can take place. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients heal and to empower them to live to their highest potential.

Jessica received her undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her Master’s in Social Work degree from Tulane University.
